Information and purposes

When you enquire or book work, we use the contact details, property address, job information and any relevant photos you supply to respond, arrange visits, deliver services and maintain business records. For lockouts we may need to check that you are authorised to enter. Please do not send access codes, key photographs or unnecessary identity documents.

We use information needed to respond to a service request or carry out a booking on the basis of steps towards, or performance of, a contract. Business security and handling enquiries may involve legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service. Records required for tax and accounting are handled to meet legal obligations.

Providers and retention

Our website is hosted by Namecheap EasyWP. Callback requests are sent to our business inbox through Google Workspace. FluentSMTP records website email delivery logs, including message content, for 14 days before automatic deletion. Inbox correspondence is retained as described below. SMS callback alerts are not currently enabled; we will update this notice when they are introduced. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to operate and protect the site. If you choose WhatsApp or email, those providers also process communications under their own terms and privacy policies. WhatsApp links open an external service only when selected.

We keep information only while needed to handle the enquiry, provide the service, meet record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. The relevant retention period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. Contact us for details about a particular record.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above; we may need to verify your identity. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Website cookies

Our callback form collects your name, phone number and postcode, together with an issue type and brief description if you choose to provide them, so we can respond to your request and arrange locksmith assistance. Please provide only the information requested. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics or social feeds. We do not request your device location. External services have their own privacy and cookie policies when you choose to use them.
